The firm
Who we are.
We're a firm using AI agents for selected daily operations, with named review points, an inspectable record for covered work, and an operating policy for Shabbos and Yom Tov.
Zalmy.AI uses agents in selected internal workflows. A person owns each workflow and remains responsible for the result. For covered decisions, the system is designed to capture who decided what, when, and from which evidence.
How we work.
Selected consequential actions and decisions receive review records. Different action classes can have different review points; we do not claim universal coverage or universal reversibility. We are still hardening record integrity. There have been incidents we have worked through, and we will discuss them in the right engagement context rather than pretend they did not happen.
Our policy bars specified outbound communications, user-triggering automation, and availability-based pitches or demos on Shabbos or Yom Tov. These are operating policies, not a claim that every scheduled or agent action is automatically blocked.
Why we built this.
Capability is easy to lead with — bigger models, more features, faster output. We focus on the less visible work that makes delegation defensible: who may act, what evidence supports the work, where a person reviews it, and what record remains.
We built those controls because we needed them in our own work. That experience informs the consulting, but each client workflow is scoped on its own facts.
Halachic frame.
The firm operates within Orthodox Jewish observance. This is not aesthetic. It shapes our operating policy and the controls we build. We do not claim that these policies automatically stop every system action. Rabbinical input on questions that touch halacha is treated with the same weight as legal counsel on questions that touch law.
What we don't do.
- We don't do crypto-related accounting.
- We don't do cannabis-industry work.
- We don't take engagements that require us to operate on Shabbos.
- We don't sell access to a chatbot trained on the substantive content of client work.
- We don't take fractional-CFO engagements that compete with current clients without disclosure to both sides.
- We don't run pilots that aren't paid.
How to talk to us.
Claude Cowork is the first step if you are still naming the workflow. The One-Workflow Plan is the clearest next step if you already have one. If you are not sure, send the best context you have and we will point you to the right starting point.
