Consulting

We build one bounded AI workflow inside your business — and you keep the review points.

Not advice. Not a chatbot demo. We map one workflow, build the first agreed piece in the tools in scope, and define how a person reviews it. This is what we sell today: a paid, hands-on engagement, available now. Engagements run $2,500–$7,500, scoped to what you need. (If you're not ready to pay for anything yet, start with our free guide instead — no setup required.)

How it starts

The standard entry point: the One-Workflow Plan.

Consulting engagements run $2,500–$7,500, one-time, scope-dependent. The One-Workflow Plan below is the fixed-fee, $4,500 entry rung inside that range. We come into your business and set up the first real piece of AI-run work, properly.

One-Workflow Plan

Three working sessions over three weeks. You bring one real workflow. Together we map it end to end, stand up the first working piece in the tools you already use, and set up how the work gets captured and recorded so it isn't locked in one person's head.

You leave with a working start and a clear view of what to do next: current workflow map, AI-suitable segments, human decision points, review requirements, first agent/runbook candidate, and a Monday-ready action plan.

Larger or multi-workflow engagements are scoped individually within the $2,500–$7,500 range — the price depends on scope, and we tell you the number before you commit, in writing, no hourly surprises. Contact us to scope a larger setup.

What happens after the setup

One workflow can be the first step.

If the first workflow proves useful under real review, you can scope the next one. Each additional workflow receives its own price, boundaries, and acceptance criteria. You decide whether and when to expand.

What you actually get

Clear boundaries are the mechanism. Reliable work is the outcome.

Important work stays visible

Named leads, follow-ups, and commitments can be tracked with owners and review points, making silent failures easier to spot.

Actions follow the boundary you approve

The workflow states what the agent may prepare, where it must stop, and what you review.

You can inspect the record

For the workflow we build, the record is designed to show the inputs, output, review, and unresolved issues we agree to capture.

Works with the tools in scope

We design around the specific tools named in the engagement, subject to their access and security limits.

It's yours

The engagement agreement identifies the runbooks and other deliverables you receive at handoff.

We aim to work in tools your team already uses. Any new tool or engineering dependency is identified in writing before you commit.

Want more than one workflow?

For a staged build across more of the operation.

The Full AI Business Operating System is the larger engagement: a staged build across selected workflows in sales, service, finance, and administration. It is $60,000 and available by waitlist. Scope, sequence, permissions, and review points are defined before work begins.

If that's the outcome you eventually want, join the waitlist. If you want to start now, the consulting engagement above is how you start — and it's real progress toward that bigger system, not a detour from it.

Ready to map one workflow?

If you already have a workflow, the One-Workflow Plan is where we map it together. If you are still deciding which workflow is right, Claude Cowork will help you get to a clearer brief first.
